As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is looking for a Junior Credit Analyst (Italian Speaker)

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

Job Complexity:

  • Credit collection activities,

  • Support the business,

  • Review and controlling of specific orders

  • Negotiation to establish recovery plans,

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices

  • Constantly update of dedicated report

What we are looking for :

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.

  • Business fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)

  • Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details.

  • Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skills

  • Autonomous, proactive way of working
