A Typical Day
The Associate Product Analyst gathers business requirements that affect technology systems, and engages with technology partners to develop solutions through technology change processes. As the Associate Product Analyst , you will participate in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
The Associate Product Analyst will :
Write and communicate requirements and user stories following standardized Agile framework
Work effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team
Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done
Coordinate risk assessment and uses risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to project
Participate in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning
Execute on test script developed in design and implementation phases
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of Agile experience or relevant coursework required
Data analysis experience a plus
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other BI tools a plus
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
