The experienced Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer services relating to sales, order entry and purchase order collections.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.
- Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
- Developing improvement plans in response to teams efforts for purchase order collections.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma.
- Minimum of 2 or more years experience in customer service, data entry, or account management.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- NO C2C CANDIDATES
