Aerotek CNC EDM Machinist in Cary, Illinois

Job Title: CNC EDM Machinist

Job Description

Parts are made out of metal and are machined utilizing wire EDM Machines. This candidate will be training on how to operate the company's EDM machinery. They will be utilizing tools such as micrometers, calipers, and reading from blueprints and loading and unloading parts from the machines.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of CNC Operating experience, preferably with wire EDM machines

  • Micrometer and caliper experience

  • Blueprint reading experience

Work Environment

Small company with about 17 employees. They are a job shop that supplies to different industries, so candidates will always be working on different parts. Air-conditioned, well-lit, and very clean. This is located in Cary, IL and the hours are 3 pm - 11 pm
