UL, LLC Product Specialist - HVAC (Heat Pumps and Boilers) in Carugate, Italy

  • Acts as the commercial support reference point in the division for internal and external customers in the HVAC-R performance sector (with a focus on Heat Pumps and Boilers).

  • Support field sales team in relationship building, demonstrating technical proficiency with credibility to different customer counterparts (buyers, technical decision-makers, compliance managers).

  • Support field sales team by providing visibility on new products, services, and solutions.

  • Work hands-on with sales to:

  • create offers / quotations

  • convert and consolidate revenues to yearly targets

  • gather market inputs & requirements for future developments

  • Deliver technical presentations of offerings to customers and potential new prospects.

  • Engage customers on topics of Performance Claims for Commercial and Residential HVACR Products and support field sales to consolidate business opportunities.

  • Map and monitor approach of competitors, collecting information on pricing policy, solutions and reputation in the area of expertise.



  • University (Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) Technical Degree in HVAC-R or applicable experience in lieu of a degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical and commercial support in HVACR business, particular focus on HEAT PUMP and BOILER performance dynamics and regulations.

  • Deep knowledge of the industry, including networking capabilities with primary sector stakeholders (associations, customers, subject matter experts, policy makers, etc).

  • Fluent Italian and strong knowledge of English language. German language would be a plus.

  • Excellent customer focus.

  • Flexibility to travel to clients (across Europe).

  • Creativity and innovation mixed with good problem solving.
