LifePoint Health People Services (HR) Director in Carthage, Tennessee
This position supports the People Services activities for Highpoint Health - Riverview and Highpoint Health - Trousdale. This position is located at Highpoint Health - Riverview in beautiful Carthage, TN. In this position, you are supported by the People Services team for the Highpoint Health with Ascension St. Thomas market. Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and other leadership team members and is responsible for defining, developing and implementing people services initiatives that are consistent with the Systems strategic goals.
Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field - Required
Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work Experience
Five years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Training and Development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
