As a Machine Intelligence Manager you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic team, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance in alignment with the US Spring Business Units vision and objectives. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by playing a pivotal role in driving and executing the business case for the pilot branch while planning a broader deployment across the business unit. In addition, you will look to identify additional opportunities for new functionalities and capabilities within the machine intelligence domain. The team you will be working with is collaborative and innovative, and values challenging work and diversity of thought.

So, what will you be doing as a Machine Intelligence Manager?

  • Team Leadership and Innovation:Lead and manage the Machine Intelligence Team, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance, ensuring alignment with the US Spring vision and objectives.
  • Strategic Collaboration:Collaborate and coordinate activities with US Spring management and key partners such as Spuhl, LPT, Forcam, and Advantive to drive forward joint initiatives and projects, focusing on strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Business Case Execution:Focus on driving and executing the business case at the pilot branch, focusing on strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Opportunity Identification:Identify opportunities for new functionalities and capabilities within the machine intelligence domain, ensuring alignment with business needs and adding value.
  • Best Practices Champion:Champion the adoption of Best Practices across all manufacturing branches, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Deployment Oversight:Oversee the deployment of systems, technologies, and processes across manufacturing branches, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Training Material Development and Delivery:Develop and refine training material for Operators, Master Technicians, Supervisors, and Managers to enhance skill sets and knowledge. Ensure the effective delivery of this training.
  • Knowledge Management:Document case studies and Best Practices, maintaining comprehensive records and facilitating knowledge sharing

To be successful in this role, youll need:

  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical processes and guidelines.
  • Highly organized and focused with proven leadership abilities, capable of engaging partners effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with people from diverse backgrounds, adapting to different communication styles and personalities.
  • Strong technical skills with a commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to learn and grow within the field.
  • BS Engineering, Math, Science, Technology field of study.

  • Experience in machine learning relevant to a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Math, Science, Technology field of study.
  • Statistical and analytical skills.
