Product Validation Team assists Product Management in customer validation efforts with product aligned Validation Leaders and customer aligned Engagement Owners. The team is comprised of 5 Validation Leaders who lead internal product engagement through proactive production planning, facilitating the measurement of product value attainment, closing the loop on product feedback, and participating in GA readiness. Product Validation Team Validation Leader will be responsible for 56 initiatives under Revenue Cycle, Realtime Health, HDI, Platforms (UDF, UPS), I.s.h.med, EDM, Seamless Exchange, Sweden, CDex, and API that are in progress. They are accountable for the proactive planning and successful execution of product validation for the product areas. They are the single point of contact for these product area and internal groups into PVT.
Minimum Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelors: Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Systems or similar field.
Health care information technology (HCIT), product management, development, consulting, or support: at least 5 years required

Responsibilities
Own validation planning for a product unit; participate in continuous planning, representing PVT, driving partner validation decisions and manage customer selection for a product validation
Align with PVT Engagement Owners (EO) to share outcomes of planning as it affects each EO’s validation customers and support EO in driving successful and timely completion of project validation
Provide oversight of external customer product validation including issue prioritization and escalation within product.
Report executive level view of customer validation at Product leadership meeting.
Accountable for closing the loop with knowledge transfer & internal stakeholder support before and during GA with Product, Dev and GTM teams including partnering with Consulting Services regarding their involvement in product validation and their readiness for Generally Available.
Own and drive large programs. Report weekly status to Product, Dev, GTM teams.
Identify and lead operational and strategic improvements for product validation across products
Assist in creating and implementing process changes across the role
Individual lead contributor as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
Work independently and effectively with some management involvement
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
