Summary:

Facebook is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support of our people managers through performance management and workplace conflict issues to cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong assessment of different types of risk, and bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching for all employees and levels of management in the organization

  2. Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  3. Triage employee relations casework, identifies potential solutions to address different case types and actions appropriately using guidelines

  4. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive work

  5. Help balance risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectives

  6. Help design and facilitate Manager Training based on data analysis

  7. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business

  8. Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution

  9. Plan, execute, and evaluates complex assignments that have an impact in region or with the clients supported

  10. Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community and influence others within the organization

  11. Build collaborative and productive working relationships

  12. Lead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibility

  13. Builds internal community (e.g. supports others, shows respect, acts as an ally, onboards new hires, connects people, collaborates well, drives inclusion)

  14. Actively involved in interviewing and on-boarding new employees

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent role

  2. Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assisting risk relative to the business

  3. Demonstrated project management, change management, and experience driving programs independently

  4. Effective communication and problem solving skills

  5. Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work

  6. Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams

  7. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  8. Experience helping global and/or matrix organizations scale

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree preferred
