We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the creation and optimization of our diverse premium consumer products portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Optimization: Lead the development, scale-up, and optimization of cosmetic and OTC skincare products, including lotions, creams, scrubs, toners, acne products, sunscreens, lip care, and washes.

  • Validation: Oversee the validation of OTC/NHP products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and manage the validation process for various product categories.

  • CMs Auditing: Perform technical audits on potential contract manufacturers for qualification purposes and conduct annual technical audits for current contract manufacturers to identify potential risks and mitigate future business risks.

  • Experiment Design and Execution: Design and execute experiments at the laboratory, pilot, and production scale, focusing on both process and product development.

  • Batching and Filling: Execute batching and filling operations in GMP/FDA regulated environments, handling bulk product batches ranging from small-scale to large-scale production.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis software for data collection and analysis, assessing process robustness and creating reports to capture data and learnings.

  • Technical Transfer: Take ownership of technical transfer projects, collaborating with various manufacturing facilities and third-party partners within the network.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D/Innovation, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions, product specifications, and other documentation in a Global Specification System.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Process/Product Development Engineering within the consumer-packaged goods industry.

  • Proficient in GMP, GDP, GLP, and experienced in manufacturing process design.

  • Strong technical management skills with third-party manufacturers and cross-functional partners.

  • Expertise in root cause analysis, data collection and analysis, process improvement/optimization, and technical writing.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Team, SAP, and Coptis and/or Ithos databases.
