Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator 1 in Carson, California. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be playing a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities by coordinating a team of multi-skilled operatives and managing relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors.

• Coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives, monitoring their performance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Assist in managing contractors on-site, ensuring they meet the required standards.

• Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.

• Collaborate in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are met.

• Manage purchase orders in the internal financial management platform, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

• Assist with the implementation of the property risk management program and industry best practice operations.

• Conduct site inspections, assessments, and regular audits while adhering to safety procedures and building procedures.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures. Requirements • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Demonstrable experience in Operations and Procedures

• Experience in Finance and knowledge of Accrual Accounting

• Experience in Auditing and ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks

• Ability to coordinate with Vendors and Partners

• Familiarity with Facility Management and Implementation of safety guidelines

• Experience in Procurement and handling Purchase Orders

• Knowledge of Property Management and Stakeholder engagement

• Proficiency in using a Monitoring Tool

• Understanding of Conductivity and Risk Management

• Experience in KPI Reporting and setting Targets

• Familiarity with the process of Agreement drafting and execution

• Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator role or similar is preferred.
