Description Robert Half is looking for a Tax Manager to join our client! The ideal Tax Manager will have proficiency in Excel and tax software and technology, as well as expertise in various types of tax returns and financial statements. What you get to do every day

• Put together and analyze tax correspondence and facilitation and oversight of tax audits

• Ensure accurate calculation of W-2s and 1099s and assist in distribution

• Provide accounting managers and staff accountants with tax best business practices

• Examine and oversee quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

• Aid in in planning and compliance regarding tax matters, such as waivers and tax returns

• Support with management of the preparation of quarterly tax projections and communication of required estimated tax payments

• Take part in reviewing all financial statements for quality control

• Prepare and examine complex income tax returns

• Help with compliance of tax and financial reporting procedures and policies Requirements - 2+ years of supervisory experience

• 5-7 years' experience in tax accounting

• CPA preferred

• Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting or relevant field required
