Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Software Engineer. Based in Carrollton, Texas, this role is within the technology industry and will give you the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your main function will be to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, using your skills and experience in C# and .NET programming.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software applications on a Windows PC based platform using C# and .NET frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to improve operational effectiveness through innovative, data-driven digital experiences.

• Test software applications to ensure functionality and efficiency.

• Monitor and maintain software applications for performance, maintenance, and security.

• Communicate with management and programmers to address any issues and offer solutions.

• Evaluate and recommend technology choices to enhance software applications.

• Develop scalable systems with a key focus on performance, maintenance, and security.

• Collaborate with team members to improve team performance and efficiency.

• Adapt software solutions to meet customer needs.

• Challenge the status quo and continuously strive for improvement. Requirements • Proficiency in Desktop Application development

• Strong knowledge and experience in C Sharp Programming (C#)

• Understanding and experience with TCP/IP protocols

• Proficiency in .NET C++ programming

• Proven ability to debug and optimize code

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly

• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Familiarity with version control systems.
