Job Title: Entry Level Residential Security Alarm Technician

Location: Carrollton, TX

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Residential Security Alarm Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security alarm systems in residential properties. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure residential security alarm systems.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of alarm systems.

• Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their security systems.

• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation locations.

• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
