Robert Half Interim Financial Analyst (contract) in Carrollton, Texas

Description

We are seeking an interim Financial Analyst to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with conducting business analysis, applying technical skills in Excel, and improving manual processes. This position is a short term contract employment opportunity. 2-month contract assignment. 5 days a week ONSITE in Carrollton, TX.

Interim Financial Analyst:

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) considering the company’s goals and financial standing.

  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

  • Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.

  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.

  • Facilitate forecasting and budgeting processes.

  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.

    Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a business-related field.

Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial analysis.

Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.

Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.

Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
