Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the service industry, located in Carrollton, Texas. As a Financial Analyst, your role will involve analyzing business processes, refining manual procedures, and utilizing technical skills in Excel. Your critical thinking skills will be essential in identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in business analysis rather than purely financial analysis

• Utilize technical skills in Excel to manage data effectively

• Refine manual processes such as reconciliations and building

• Employ critical thinking skills to resolve issues when something isn't working as expected

• Oversee day-to-day reporting tasks

• Carry out regular weekly and monthly routines

• Conduct variance analysis

• Utilize Excel features such as power pivots, vlookups, indexing, and Power BI

• Operate the Odoo ERP system

• Support in bridging the gap in business operations

• Assist in transitioning monthly business analytics and forecasting responsibilities to other team members. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required.

• Ability to work with Crystal Reports is a must.

• Knowledge and application of Data Mining Techniques is essential.

• Adeptness in all Accounting Functions is a requirement.

• Accrual Accounting knowledge is required.

• Experience with Budget Processes is necessary.

• Understanding and experience in Capital Management is required.

• Proficiency in Odoo software is a must.

• Working knowledge of Power BI is required.

• Ability to effectively use Pivot Table is necessary.

• Experience with Power Pivot is a requirement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
