Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in a customer-focused environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, working to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support and service to customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Accurately enter customer orders into our system, ensuring all relevant details are captured and processed efficiently.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.

• Maintain and update customer records, tracking interactions and documenting pertinent information.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.

• Generate quotes for products or services based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.

• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

• Uphold a positive and professional image in all customer interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in a call center customer service role

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Ability to handle customer queries via email correspondence

• Experience in order entry

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with customers

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a team environment
