You Are

Accenture is actively seeking a Sales Operations Manager for Cloud and Marketplaces management. The primary focus of this role is to manage, optimize, and scale operational processes for our partner ecosystem. In this critical role, you will become an integral part of our organization, collaborating with Sales Directors, Account Teams, ISVs, Billing, and Finance teams to drive efficiency and streamline processes within the dynamic and rapidly growing cloud service providers and partners; market. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration, implementing Partner programs, and driving revenue growth on cloud resale and Marketplace.The Work

  • Develop new processes and improve existing ones within our quote-to-cash operations.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Marketplace process across multiple cloud platforms.

  • Manage the operational lifecycle of deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Bring hands-on experience executing Marketplace Private Offers.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of partner programs and ensure key deadlines and goals are met for AWS, GCP, and Azure.

  • Identify bottlenecks for operational improvements in the cloud resale quote-to-cash process.

  • Track and report on metrics and marketplace revenue using Salesforce and our billing engine.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and streamline operations.

  • Manage client-facing and complex cloud resale management activities related to on/off-boarding customers.

  • Upon sale, manage the end-to-end quote-to-cash process for Cloud Resale transactions, including the provisioning of Cloud Account tenancies, account team financial structures, transition to the billing team, and support teams, and administration of the internal Cloud Provider Accounts.

  • Develop and implement new processes to manage reseller and referral partners, own the referral payment process, and monitor partner contribution to revenue growth.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary up to 10% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need

  • Minimum of 2 years of partner operations experience working directly with AWS, GCP, Azure, marketplace order management, and CSP management experience, bill management, and private offers.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in technology companies, with start-up experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 of experience working with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Skills Requirement

  • Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts and speak to them concisely and effectively.

  • Knowledge and experience with partner tools (e.g., Salesforce, AWS ACE, AWS MP management portal, Microsoft Partner Central).

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
