Anywhere Real Estate Office Coordinator in Carmel, California

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Service Excellence:
Anticipate and respond to the needs of clients, associates, and visitors
Serve as the primary liaison for all inbound calls, delivering consistent professional and engaging assistance
Greet and direct clients, vendors, and other visitors
Administrative Support:
Assist fellow staff and sales associates with general administrative tasks
Handle incoming mail, packages, and faxes promptly and efficiently
Maintain an organized and clean work environment
Supply Management:
Order office and kitchen supplies for all offices
Keep track of inventory and restock supplies, as needed
Ensure kitchen supplies and office equipment are well-maintained
Communication:
Build, distribute, and update monthly agent floor schedules for each office
Ensure window displays and promotional materials (PODs) are updated daily
Coordinate office meetings and events
Prepare and distribute the Nightly Update and Weekly Update
Maintain the office meeting and events calendar
Qualifications
One or more years' experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable and willing to work in multiple locations throughout the Monterey Peninsula, as directed by the Vice President
Ability to multi task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
