Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Carmel, California. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact between an organization and its visitors, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities:

Duties include greeting visitors, coordinating appointments and meetings, answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the correct person. You may also be responsible for administrative tasks such as handling mail and deliveries, maintaining office supply inventory, and ensuring communal areas are tidy. Deal with basic customer service inquiries and problems, as well as complete data entry tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field.

• Bubbly personality.

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook)

• Well-presented appearance.
