Atec, Inc. Warehouse Clerk I in Carlsbad, New Mexico
SUMMARY
Receive, store, and issue equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, tools, and compile stock records in
stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work
environment.
Organize warehouse space.
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
Show a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Show proven experience of working well within a team.
Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
Count, sort, or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
Store articles in bins, on floor or shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type
of material.
Assist in everyday stockroom duties, as needed.
Cut stock to fill order.
Follow Safety Policies and Procedures.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Celtech International Standards Organization
(ISO9000) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

ISO9000 SPECIFIC DUTIES
Be familiar with and understand Celtech Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understand required ISO9000 specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in Celtech Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate.
Participate in ISO9000 training as required.
Cooperate with Auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or General Education Degree; or related experience and/or training; or 1-2 years of
prior experience in a similar role or combination.
Being comfortable using various computer programs to create and maintain records digitally, including
MS Office Suite, Foxit Phantom, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid New Mexico driver's license required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit., use hands to handle equipment, reach with hands and
arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.
Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
