Janitorial Duties:
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture in common areas, offices, and break rooms.
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, including restocking supplies and ensuring proper sanitation.
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
Clean kitchens and appliances according to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and used safely.
Ability to work at multiple locations in Carlsbad as needed.
May be asked to perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
Maintenance Duties:
Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flowerbeds.
Prune, trim, and fertilize plants.
Weed and mulch gardens.
Maintain walkways, patios, and outdoor features.
Assist with minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and painting.
Perform minor carpentry and plumbing tasks.
Ensure the facility is in good repair and safe condition.
