Adecco US, Inc. Product Change Control Coordinator in Carlsbad, California
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Product Change Control Coordinator (ERP) to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. This role is essential for administering and maintaining a comprehensive product change control process within the site ERP system, ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will manage the entry and maintenance of product item master information, production routers, and bills of materials (BOMs), and support the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation change control.
Key Responsibilities:
Add new or modify part numbers, and manage discontinued or obsolete part numbers
Update changes in product structure
Add and update production routers associated with part numbers
Assign production specifications to part numbers
Manage the process from submission through completion
Monitor the status of Product Change Orders
Provide regular metric reports to management
Discuss pending Change Orders
Coordinate activities required for approval and implementation
Develop and provide instructions for ERP product data information and controlled changes
Assist with special projects as required
Perform other related tasks as needed
Skills and Competencies:
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service orientation with the ability to handle complex issues
Proficient in both written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Team-oriented with the capability to work collaboratively
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with converting from a semi-computerized to a fully computerized MRP system is advantageous
Minimum Work Experience:
- Typically 2 or more years of related experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
