Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage payroll system to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Solve issues and complaints related to payroll

• Verify overtime, hours worked, pay adjustments, and post information into designated records

• Coordinate efforts with HR to ensure correct employee data

• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential

• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

  Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience as a payroll specialist

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices

• Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
