Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically skilled Manager of Marketing Analytics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and leveraging data to drive insights and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics combined with a deep understanding of marketing channels, data integration, reporting, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize marketing channels to drive growth and improve return on Marketing investments
Partner with the Onsite Marketing and Product Management team(s) to develop measurements in Adobe Target/Analytics and develop a bridge for current attribution methodologies
Drive and implement standard attribution methodologies highlighting complete marketing contribution with clear factoring of profile intelligence, tagging impact (cookie and consent) considering on-line, and offline behaviors.
Be the analytics Subject Matter Expert for Adobe Marketing Technologies including but not limited to Experience Platform, Target, and Analytics
Develop and maintain multi-level dashboards and reports measuring complete marketing performance, generate insights addressing the needs of audiences, and communicate at different levels of the organization
Assist in developing performance deep dives business reviews and resulting in root cause analysis and counter-measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best-in-class methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
Demonstrated experience and expertise in marketing analytics
Working experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target and Analytics
Deeper knowledge of Marketing Channels from tagging to reporting
Experience using data and analytics too- sets such as Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Cognos, Python, Databricks, and/ or similar.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics experience is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong understanding of analytics frameworks and project management
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.
