Fluidra ’s looking for a HR Coordinator t o join our team at our West Coast office in Carlsbad, CA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The HR Coordinator will ensure a smooth transition from candidate experience to new hire experience. This role coordinates with various departments, providing new hires with essential information, and creating a welcoming onboarding experience . Additionally, you will:
Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive interview experience for applicants and business partners
Document and update applicant tracking software (Jobvite) on a daily basis
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews and debrief meetings
Keep records of candidate interviews and report them to recruiter
Post job advertisements on job search websites
Conduct post offer acceptance activities, such as; close out candidates, initiate background/ drug screen, initiate IT set up, create employee profile in ADP, launch new hire onboarding in ADP, and partner with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Monitor and track completion of onboarding tasks and training modules.
Create and maintain employee files
Maintain onboarding survey results and provide quarterly summary.
Partner, maintain, and manage candidates from external recruiters as required
Run reports as needed
Attend career fairs, networking and community events when needed
Additional items in relation to the job may be assigned
WHAT WE SEEK
2+ years of professional experience in an Administrative function, preferably within recruitment or HR
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
Proven ability managing multiple projects, delivering results with a high-volume workload
Basic knowledge of Human Resources and employment laws
Basic to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Must have professional phone and email etiquette
Enthusiastic and passionate attitude
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Proficient in recruiting tools and techniques including search engines and Boolean searches is a plus
Experience with LinkedIn, ATS (Jobvite preferred), HRIS, and other related HR tools is a plus
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Communication , Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields

Expected hourly range is $ 25.00 – 33.00/ hour . Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
