Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for guests, dealing with inquiries, and resolving complaints, to ensure exceptional service.

• Process orders, reservations, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain strong product and service knowledge to educate customers and enhance their experience.

• Collaborate effectively with the internal team to address customer needs.

• Stay acquainted with policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure customer interactions comply with company standards.

  Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus

• Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, particularly in the hospitality industry, is highly regarded.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, regularly dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.

• Proficient knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
