Job Description

A commercial real estate investment client in Carlsbad is seeking an Asset Management Associate to join the team. This individual will assist with management of commercial multi-tenant assets and ensure overall smooth operations. They will build and review financial models using Excel and Argus modeling - it is expected that this individual have thorough experience with financial modeling. Additionally, they will perform detailed financial analyses and prepare reports for investors. The Associate will also partner with other team members to communicate with legal counsel for reviewing and managing leases and ensure all leases are compliant/up-to-date. This role requires a small amount of travel for property site visits about 2-5 times per year.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years in an Associate role in the commercial real estate space

• Experience handling multi-tenant assets in the real estate industry

• Thorough financial modeling experience in Excel using Argus modeling

• Excellent communication and a problem-solving mindset

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area - Experience handling property evaluations and appraisals

• Commercial real estate industry experience null
