Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Developer where you'll play an exciting role at the forefront of innovation. You will work closely with the Architecture Team to deliver best-in-class Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our Solution Architecture team. The ideal candidate help for drive innovation, develop platform Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and support the solution design process. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Role

• Work as a highly motivated member of one of our Salesforce development teams ensuring adherence to our high standards and best practices.

• Work with Solution Architect to help define end-to-end solution design.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

• Engage in thorough code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

• Drive the adoption of best practices in Salesforce development, including design patterns, security standards, and performance optimization.

• Serve as a strong communicator, effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture, holding team members responsible for their commitments and providing constructive feedback for improvement.

• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and incorporate relevant advancements into projects.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones and fostering continuous improvement.

What you offer

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Proficiency in Salesforce DX, source control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Beneficial Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.

• Experience with integration patterns and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Middleware).

• Experience integrating Salesforce with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.

• Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks.

• Previous experience in mentoring and coaching team members.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Experience with other CRM or ERP systems.
