Description and Requirements

As a part of Lenovo SSG (Services Solution Group) the Support Services Product Manager will guide the creation, enhancement, and expansion of Lenovo Services across geographies and as well as Lenovo solutions. The role’s primary objective is to grow, enhance and expand Lenovo's support services portfolio and related offerings. This role requires a dynamic thought leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide and regional leadership teams to ensure the product requirements, business objectives, and P&L targets are met.

This role will work with portfolio managers, other product managers, sales, customers, hardware teams, delivery, and other internal stakeholders to understand the support services market today and where it is going. The role will work to improve gaps in our current portfolio, setting product teams up for success in one of Lenovo’s fastest growing market segments.

The candidate should have a background in product management. The ideal candidate will also have a background in overall Services and a strong understanding of how to succeed selling both direct and through the channel. Selling into mobile markets experience is a plus.

This candidate should have strong leadership skills, ability to communicate at all levels, and be able to drive results. Success will require the ability to influence and maintain open communication with all areas of the company, including worldwide hardware business units, geo/country service sales & marketing teams, and technical service delivery teams.

Position Requirements:

  • Portfolio management and offering development processes

  • Ability to develop multi-year strategies and execution plans

  • Deep understanding of service sales product offerings and competitive landscape

  • Customer insight and ability to identify high value, business outcome objectives

  • Strong analytical skillset

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Collaborative approach & ability to influence across the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree a plus

  • 5+ years of IT technology, and/or client device services experience

  • 3+ years of product development or similar experience, service delivery experience a plus

  • Fluent English level

  • Executive-level communication & presentation skills

  • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
