The Transformation team within Global Business Integration and Transformation organization provides governance, strategy development, project execution, capabilities enablement and analytical assessment to drive process improvement and across the GSG KYC / AML program.

The GBIT KYC Analyst serves as the end-to-end project manager to transition the project from the KYC/AML Strategy team, identify servicing requirements and drive the implementation to ensure operational readiness across the KYC (GSG) teams and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control Operational Risk across KYC/AML product

  • Identify Risk and implement mitigation actions across all KYC/AML teams

  • Knowledge around ORE/CAPS/RCM structure and governance would be a pluss

  • Operational Readiness

  • Engage with GSG groups and stakeholders to align on roles/responsibilities and to ensure participation from all the relevant teams.

  • Develop the detailed project plan for the execution phase

  • Drive the project plan to keep the workstreams on track, and identify and manage risks/issues

  • Identify servicing requirement dependencies and coordinate working sessions with the relevant teams

  • Monitor and report on capability enablement timelines and status that could impact the execution timeline.

  • Coordinate the volume and staffing forecasts and timelines for each market across the impacted GSG groups and ensure they are aligned with the planned timelines in the enterprise programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or related field required

  • Knowledge on KYC/AML processes and dynamics is a desirable

  • Strong ability to develop and coordinate multiple project plans to support effective implementation and mitigate friction for all execution activities

  • Strong background and in experience working in GSG processes or projects with complex regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Experience managing projects that impact the customer facing operations teams (Credit, Fraud, CEN, etc.) and the back-office operations teams in KYC.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with an ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and business partners

  • Demonstrated experience creating and utilizing core project management tools (e.g., project plans, roadmaps/Gantt charts, risk/issues log, etc.)
