Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

Job Description

Welder Fabricator (Structural Mig) | $20-$23/hour | 3rd Shift: 8:00pm-6:00am (Sunday-Wednesday) | Canton, OH

• Perform MIG weld fabrication on structural steel and some stainless.
• Work with O52 wire to weld thick plates in one pass, primarily flat welds.
• Read blueprints and use tape measure to perform welds.
• Utilize torches, grinders, and other power tools to fabricate material.
• Assist with material handling using overhead cranes.

Hard Skills

• MIG welding with structural steel

• Experience with O52 wire on thick plates for flat welds

• Fabrication using shop equipment and power tools

• Job layout

• Blueprint reading

• Tape measure usage

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in CANTON, Ohio.

Work Environment

Very clean and organized facility, climate controlled, and very safe. - Night shift team currently has about 8 employees, with plans to almost double the team. - Good working environment with laid-back management, making it enjoyable for employees. - Job shop setting.
