Industrial Painter/Powder Coater (2nd Shift) - Canton, OH - JOB 24-00194 Hourly Rate: $20.00/HR A well-established hand tool manufacturer located in Canton is seeking an Industrial Paint/Powder Coater. REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or GED required. • 2 years' experience required. • Must have a valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation. • 2nd shift, 3:00 pm 1:30 am Monday -- Thursday • Must be dependable and self-motivating with a stable work history. • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Must be able to lift to 50lbs. • Mobility requirements: bending, kneeling, standing, walking, reaching) DUTIES: • Paint or powder coat surfaces of manufactured metal products with wet paint or powder using spray gun. • Sets up industrial washer for cleaning parts. • Loads parts on conveyor. • Mix coating, liquid to desired color, or pour powder into hopper. • Sets baking oven to specified temperature to properly bake paint or powder. • Checks parts after baking to ensure correct paint thickness using mil thickness gage. • Removes parts from conveyor and de-masks as required. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
