Prepares, Seasons, and Cooks soups, meats, vegetables, and other food items
May bake bread, rolls, cakes etc.
Equivalent of 10 th grade education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Professional experience: 1-3years preferably in a healthcare facility is preferred
Food safety course is preferred
Good communication, interpersonal, organizational skills are required
Ability to lift 50 lbs maximum with frequent lifting/carrying of items up to 25 lbs
Extensive or prolonged standing/walking and frequent stooping, bending , reaching or crouching
Occasional speaking in person, on the phone, or in public is necessary
