This position is for a Store Manager with a company in Canton, MS.
Summary: We are looking for a result-driven Store Manager. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers. Expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Meet sales goals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints). Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance. Know and implement company policy & procedures. Know and implement State & Federal Regulations. Recruit and train store level employees as needed.
Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer management skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent attendance record and reliable transportation. Initiative to make decisions with or without being given instructions to do so. Other Task as needed.
Education and Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma/GED required. Previous cash handling experience. Minimum 3 years experience doing financial services. Minimum 1 year in management. Valid driver's license. Must be able to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends.
