Description
Do you have 2-3 years of experience in Collections or Residential Property Management? This position is designed for an individual that has high energy as well as great multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the business of Ridgeline at Canton Apartments!
Responsibilities:
Review ledgers for accuracy and manage the entire delinquency process
Initiate contact via phone call, email, text, knock on doors with residents for any owed rent
Send late notices and 7-day Demand for Possession notices
File with attorney for unpaid rent and attend court cases
Maintain communication with attorney and bailiff for evictions
Coordinate with property team members for eviction logistics
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license
Candidates must have property management or collections experience
Experience with legal processes related to property management
Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred.
