The Bank of Canton Help Desk Coordinator in Canton, Massachusetts

Responsible for installation and support of computer hardware and software at multiple sites throughout the Bank. Support the Windows and Fiserv environment. Qualified candidates will have at least two years experience in Microsoft operating environments or equivalent computer certification/degree program. ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS * Perform end user desktop support: including user management, phone support, troubleshooting of problems and logging incidents for follow up. * Participate in the design and the installation of the bank\'s network infrastructure. * Work with the operations staff to support daily operations of the Bank and to respond to system problems. * Proactively manage and maintain departmental hardware and software including backups, desktop image creation and antivirus upgrades and applications. * Interface with all levels of employees throughout the Bank in response to problems and questions while providing support. * Participate in the on-call schedule * Participate in community events sponsored by the bank. * Perform other duties as required or as directed. * A+ Certification Required The Bank of Canton is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of women, minorities, protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
