JOB SUMMARY The Tax Accountant will assist in all aspects of tax including tax provisioning, compliance, and audit. The main responsibilities will be to prepare and assist with federal, state and foreign provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740, to compile information for federal and state income tax compliance preparation completed by a third-party service provider, to assist in the preparation of quarterly tax estimates, and to assist with notices and audits related to domestic compliance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prepare and assist with the quarterly and annual income tax provisions of domestic and/or foreign affiliates Utilize Oracle system to calculate Federal and state depreciation for all domestic entities and ADS depreciation for all foreign entities Calculate the quarterly estimated tax payments and assist in forecasting payments for guidance Compile the support for domestic compliance activities and coordinate its completion by third-party service providers Assist with federal and state income tax compliance, notices and/or audits

JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in Public Accounting Minimum of 1-2 years of technical experience in corporate taxation Proficiency with ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP Strong technical and comprehensive knowledge of Internal Revenue Code Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have strong organization skills and demonstrate an attention to detail Must show ability to multi-task and work well independently

PREFERED EXPERIENCE Public accounting, Big 4 experience preferred CPA certification preferred Experience in a multinational corporate tax department a plus
