NY1502638 Store Office Administrator needed for White's Farm Supply in Canastota, NY.

Pay rate is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Purpose: Provide support to our managers and employees, assist in daily office needs and manage our companys general administrative activities, prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.

Duties: -Work with Sales and Parts Personnel and Customers, -Process sales contracts -Maintain Credit Card Log -Account reconciliations as requested -Enter store invoices and match packing slips -Payment tracking -Maintain Customer files -Handle Finance and Insurance paperwork -Answer and Direct phone calls -Cash Reconciliation/Bank Deposits -Plan meetings and take detailed minutes -Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports -Update and maintain office policies and procedures -Order office supplies -Maintain contact lists -Book travel arrangements -Submit and reconcile expense reports -Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Qualifications: -Related experience preferred.
