ADP’s Implementation organization provides enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to Major and National accounts. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Implementation Team Lead (ITL) to join our dynamic implementation team. The ITL will play a crucial role in supporting our Implementation team throughout the entire implementation process, supporting technical aspects and providing project management support to ensure a successful project go-live. In this role, the ITL will be instrumental in driving our clients' success by delivering innovative solutions. The Implementation Team Lead (ITL) is the primary escalation point for all implementation issues. ITL's provide extensive product knowledge, problem resolution, troubleshooting and technical support of the implementation process. On complex projects, they may have a role in every stage of the process to ensure efficient project completion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
• Support full end-to-end implementation process by ensuring we help bring our customers to the finish line.
• As needed, the ITL may be required to be client-facing to lead and support IS/IC by example.
• Act as a valuable resource for team members by having a strong understanding of the team's responsibilities, goals, and individual account requirements.
• Offer assistance with integrating client systems into the WFN Solution, which includes managing inbound and outbound file requirements, data services, and mapping.
• Collaborate on client calls to help define requirements and ensure client needs are met.
• Identify any gaps in product training and work with leadership to coordinate additional training as necessary.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate any concerns to the Team Manager as needed.
• Support complex configuration requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members on ways to improve client services.
• Take part in task forces, strategic initiatives, and collaboration opportunities with other business units as required.
• Stay current in WFN end-to-end implementation practices and ensure ongoing skills development by undertaking and leading one or more implementation projects annually.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in WFN implementation.
• Technical configuration knowledge of HR. Knowledge of other ADP products
• Proven experience mentoring associates and supporting new hires.
*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, the use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.

• Strong organization, time management and prioritizing skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to assess team members' performance and provide motivational support.
• Team oriented.
• CHRP Designation or in progress

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $71,600.00 - $114,300.00 / Year
