As the successful Administrative Program Manager you will manage performance indicators and prepare management and analytical reports to support decision-making by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the information presented, while continuously proposing improvements in reporting processes and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Create and develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance indicators.

  • Develop, Participate and contribute in Rhythm of the Business (ROBs) meetings, providing data-driven insights and reports.

  • Develop or coordinate the development of presentations and proposals related to various aspects of data center operations

  • Extensive knowledge in planning and budgeting, including accounting (closing cycles and allocations), cost variance analysis, and Capex.

  • Manage the financial and commercial aspects of maintenance contracts including related PO and invoice reviews.

  • Leverage as a local subject matter experts on updates of internal policies and standards

  • Act on opportunities to increase agility, and contribute to work-streams to evolve processes, services, and solutions for Operations and Service Level Agreements for Local Data Center.

  • Coordinate closely with data center field operations to foster alignment and partnerships for business success.

  • Customer/Stakeholder Focus: Gather stakeholder impressions of services and programs, integrating this feedback into decision making. Allocate and align resources to optimize the stakeholder and partner experience.

  • Performance Goal and Standards Setting: Develop and communicate to realistic timelines via plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate + long-term consequences

  • Understand data center business objectives: Critically review multiple plans and adjust as needed. Proactively communicate and address necessary trade-offs

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Regularly scan the environment to help anticipate changes that could affect key programs and projects. Effectively changes plans, goals, actions or priorities to respond to changing situations.

  • Team Player: Ability to both contribute strategically to this relatively new team and support strategic decisions once debate is over.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • College Degree.

  • Experience classifying expenses as Capex and Opex.

  • 2 Years of experience in administrative and implementation duties such as providing data-driven insights and reports, performance indicators, process improvements, budgeting, and dealing with ambiguity.

  • Able to communicate in English in written and spoken form to make presentations to global team in English.

  • Upload resume in English.

  • Able to communicate in Portuguese.

  • Ability to work on site in Campinas 100% of the time.
