POSITION SUMMARY: Assist Guests with bowling and arcade amenities with prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide a friendly and welcoming greeting to Guests and advise of bowling center services, promotions, prices, and special offerings.
- Assist Guest with shoe rentals, lane assignments, locker rentals, center information, questions, problems, processing payment transactions, balance register at close of shift.
- Operate InfoGenesis, Brunswick System Control, and public address system.
- Answer telephones, route calls, take messages, provide information to callers.
- Notify technicians of any mechanical equipment failures.
- Monitor and track open play lanes, reservations, and league bowling.
- Ensure tables, seating areas, counters, and general bowling center are clean & well-ordered during operational hours.
- Assist Guests to locate suitable house bowling balls and assist with sales in Pro Shop.
- Other duties as assigned
