Contractor shall travel, plan, coordinate capital construction functions. Review facilities work in progress, completed work, and accomplishment of effectiveness of operations, thoroughness of treatment, and soundness of project and plans, timeliness, and policy compliance while keeping the G-4 Capital Contruction Branch informed on program requirements. Develop facilities support and sustainment concepts and plans to satisfy Special Operations Forces peculiar facilities needs and requirements for MARFORSOC. Develop reports and resource requirements in support of MARFORSOC facilities programs as required. Contractor will synthesize efforts that result in the planning, programming, design, and construction of both Special Projects and Military Construction projects on time and within budget. The contractor shall assist the project leader to utilize state of the art technical skill and techniques to complete assigned work according to established milestones with review for quality, cost, and progress.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Must have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with up to 24 months of expierence or 72 months of expierence. Contractor will assist in developing project specific planning documentation, including scopes, cost estimates, impact, current situation, economic analysis, conceptual site plans and sketches, and other documentation for consideration and review. Contractor will assist in review discipline work by team members to ensure that congressional, environmental, and administrative constraints on project scope and cost are not exceeded or violated. Contractor will assist in preparing conceptual design drawings for site plans, to include temporary modular office site plans, training device site plans and small structure plans.
