IAP Worldwide Services, Inc Sr IT Helpdesk Support Specialist in Camp Humphreys, South Korea, North Korea
Position contingent upon funding
As the Sr IT Helpdesk Support Specialist , you will provide support to all 8A HQ personnel for all systems and network technical services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Administer desktops, phones, and software components including Active Director and Exchange.
· Support a wide variety of technical issues that can arise
EDUCATION & EXPEDRIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Or 4+ continuous years performing Service Desk functions.
· 2 years working Service Desk
· General Knowledge of Windows OS
CERTIFICATIONS:
· DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
· COMPTIA Security + or equivalent and one more baseline certifications as outlined in DoD 8570.01 -M/DoD 8140.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
· Active Directory and Exchange knowledge
· Familiarity with working in different security domains such as SIPRNET, NETPRNET, and CENTRIXS-K.
· Understanding of Lifecycle management and Configuration management and use of different trouble ticket management systems.
· Skills with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other multi-functional devices, and phones for troubleshooting purposes.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Secret Clearance, NALC\T3 with SSBI\T5 initiated
