Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY THEATER CLEARANCE PROGRAM MANAGER within HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. Responsibilities You will supervise and assist Program Managers responsible for various functional areas including AT/FP Operations, Theater Clearance Program, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems. You will coordinate with USINDOPACOM staff and other stakeholders to develop, review, and execute policies, procedures, and plans related to the branch's operational areas. You will oversee the performance evaluation process for civilian and military personnel, ensuring fair and accurate appraisals and addressing any disciplinary actions as needed. You will manage the branch's administrative functions including timekeeping, data collection and distribution systems to maintain compliance. You will resolve work related issues, grievances and disciplinary matters, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment within the branch. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate, 1) Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables on time and within budget. 2) Resolving work problems, grievances, and disciplinary issues to maintain a productive and harmonious environment 3) Managing complex projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. 4) Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
