Immediate Office of the Chief of Naval Operations CYBER PLANS AND ANALYSIS OFFICER in Camp H.M. Smith Marine Corp Base, Hawaii

Summary You will serve as a CYBER PLANS AND ANALYSIS OFFICER in the COMMAND AND CONTROL COMMUNICATIONS AND CYBER (C4) OPERATIONS DIVISION (J63) of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. Responsibilities You will lead the integration of C4 operations into multi-domain crisis action plans and steady-state plans. You will recommend new or modified policies or processes as needed. You will serve as a SME, performing research, cataloging, designing, documenting, coordinating, analyzing and assessing policy, concept of operations; information about C4 capabilities; tactics, techniques, procedures, and other guidance documents. You will conduct comprehensive analysis with objectives to improve C4 cyberspace planning programs, processes, and supporting systems through increased effectiveness, economy and efficiency of operations, and determine associated requirements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-13 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing a variety of DoD Command and Control Communications and Cyber (C4) systems and technology; 2) Developing, coordinating and executing policy and guidance on strategic or operational military plans; 3) Coordinating with operational personnel by identifying needs and capabilities and translating them into automated standard specifications; and 4) Training and educating staff on command theater strategic and operational plans and supporting C4 architectures. GS-12 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with managing a variety of DoD Command and Control Communications and Cyber (C4) systems and technology; 2) Researching information to assist with the development of policy and guidance on strategic or operational military plans; 3) Coordinating with operational personnel by identifying needs and capabilities and translating them into automated standard specifications; and 4) Applying knowledge on theater strategic and operational plans and supporting C4 architectures. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
