Job Title: Field Service Mechanic

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in rigging, servicing, installing, and repairing motors and rotating equipment. You will be responsible for disassembling electric motors and pumps, cleaning and repairing them, and then reassembling them. This role requires working out in the field, and you will be dispatched from home, equipped with a vehicle. Your work will be critical in various settings, including water pumps and sewer pumps, across different departments, potentially placing you in our industrial or transit divisions based on your expertise.

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

Field service position with a provided vehicle, dispatched from home. 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm) with required overtime as necessary. Must provide own steel-toed boots and hand tools. Uniforms provided during employment, possibly during probationary period as well. Jeans and appropriate shirts required. Reports to field supervisor. 4 weeks out of the year will be out of town with per diem and hotel paid for.
