SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures assigns and coordinates all non-emergency transport and call center requests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge of medical terminology and emergency medicine procedures preferred Knowledge of basic EMS billing practices preferred Knowledge of emergency and non-emergency EMS operations preferred
