Our team offers first-shift, Monday through Friday schedules (includes two 15-minute unpaid breaks and one paid 30-minute lunch). Casual work attire is fine – jeans are our norm!

Responsibilities

Temporary and Full-Time Cash Application Representatives are responsible for timely and accurate postings of all payments, discounts and adjustments applied to the patient account. Complete reconciliation to ensure payment batches are balanced. Reconcile unidentified and/or misapplied payments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Pay starting at $15.00/hr – We now have full-time positions and temporary assignments with the potential to become full-time.

Customer Service Representatives the ideal candidates will have strong phone communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to manage incoming customer calls. The incoming calls are from our former patients/patients' families or representatives who need to be treated with compassion and respect. Pay starting at $15.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period

Insurance Verifiers will be responsible for calling insurance carriers to verify that a patient has the appropriate level of coverage to be admitted to one of our hospitals. You will work independently toward daily goals and be given projects as you learn and master your role. Pay starting at $15.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period

Medicare Account Representatives Professionally and courteously provide a variety of patient and insurance services through mail, telephone, e-mail and personal contact in response to patient account inquiries. This position will maintain a more active role in fixing patient accounts in the billing system and reviewing reports to assist in quality control of patient accounts, specifically patient balances. Pay starting at $15.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period

Billing Positions we will be looking for candidates with typing, computer skills, and an upbeat attitude, diligence, and strong attention to detail . More task-oriented attitude with “Black and White thinking”. Pay starting at $15.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period.

Patient Account Representatives and Claims Resolution Specialist candidates need to be more research-focused, and independent and have a strong attitude to push back to collect from the insurance companies on outstanding accounts and represent our patient’s needs. Strong computer skills and “think outside the Box” abilities are a must . Pay starting between $16.50/hr and 17.50/hr with potential quarterly bonus after 90 day probationary period

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum one year of Customer Service Experience

• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to do so independently

• Ability to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude

• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and experience in windows based technologies

• Claims processing experience

• Phone or call center experience.

• This job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management.

• Medical Background (Insurance, Front Desk, Etc)
