DESCRIPTION OF WORK Extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of building maintenance and repair are crucial for the position as a Corrections Maintenance Foreman at SCI Camp Hill. You will oversee and work closely with inmates to perform various duties requiring different trade skills, such as construction, maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, janitorial duties, and general upkeep. We seek a team player eager to support coworkers in additional trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, refrigeration, masonry, steam-fitting, and welding. Using your organizational skills, you will maintain documentation of attendance, work assignments, and behavior, which is essential for inmates' compensation purposes.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment; 40-hour work week. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. This position is eligible for full benefits at age 50 or 55. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Four years of experience performing building maintenance, construction, or general trades work; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
